Tower Insurance officially announced their chatbot, Charlie, into the world. I have been an integral part of Charlie’s growing up process and I can’t wait to share the excitement!
Charlie knows everything about the car claims process and general information about insurance. The bot helps the Tower insurance team answer basic questions and eventually escalates to the team if it can’t answer the customers’ queries.
One thing that Charlie has down to a T is the personality. With the help of the Tower team, Charlie knows how to stay relevant every season. Last month, we created Halloween-themed responses, and even though it was only for a week, the themed replies uplifted and enhanced the conversation experience.
Themed responses don’t have to be extensive. It can be the bots greeting, rotating jokes, goodbyes and they still create surprise and delight in every interaction.
